Mohammed Kattan is the founder and Family Nurse Practitioner at OptimalLife Primary Care, where he provides comprehensive primary care for individuals and families.
Before opening OptimalLife Primary Care, Mohammed practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care, providing preventive care and managing acute and chronic conditions.
Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Mohammed worked as a registered nurse in nursing homes and in hospital-based telemetry and Interventional Radiology. These experiences built a strong clinical foundation that he brings to primary care today.
Mohammed earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University and is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB).
He values trust, open communication, and partnering with patients to achieve their health goals through personalized care grounded in evidence-based practice.
Mohammed is honored to serve the Rhode Island community and looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients at OptimalLife Primary Care.
